Beth Brooks, aka "Lady Luck"

Performer

Beth Brooks is a founding member of the Margolis Brown Theater Co. with whom she relocated to the Twin Cities from New York in 1993. With Margolis Brown, she helped create and performed in 8 of their full-length shows as well as numerous site-specific pieces since 1985. Locally, she was a founding member of Urban Motet, a physically-based vocal ensemble. She also worked with Skewed Visions and was last seen in Jasper Johns. Beth is excited and proud to be working on this piece with her long-time friends and company members.

Erik "The Maneuver" Hoover

Performer

Erik appeared recently with Cromulent Shakespeare in their production of Titus Andronicus. He's also worked on the Burning House Group's production of What the Butler Saw, What Remains by Sandbox Theatre, Theatre Pro Rata's Metamorphoses and Machinal, The Internationalist with Red Eye Theater, and three original productions with the Margolis-Brown Theater Company. Erik's also performed at Penumbra Theatre, Theatre in the Round, and the Illusion Theatre, as well as in several locally-produced independent films.

Kym "Long Shot" Longhi

Director

Kym's passion is creating highly physical theatrical work through a collaborative process. As a core member of Margolis Brown Theater Company's (MBTC) ensemble since 1995, she has created and performed in all of their work including: Vidpires!, Vanishing Point, The Bed Experiment, American Safari, Sleepwalkers and The Human Show. Most recently she appeared in Off-Leash Area's Border Crossing, with Flaneur Productions in Coriolanus, and in Skewed Visions' Jasper Johns. Kym also teaches acting at the University of Minnesota.

Mike "Dr Danger" Neuharth

Assistant Director

Mike Neuharth is a poet, writer, photographer, and aspiring motorcyclist in the Twin Cities. His work has appeared previously in the Works/Plays showcase as well as a sprinkling of Twin Cities magazines. Mike is pleased to be working with this talented group on such an exciting show.

Jim "Dice" Peitzman

Performer

Jim's collaborative work in theater ranges from performing, to designing and implementing innovative video imagery integral to live performance. His performance background includes classical mime studies with Marcel Marceau, appearances with Margolis Brown Theater Company (MBTC), and aerial dance with Wicked Sister Dance Theatre. Jim's design and media integration credits include Mary Ellen Child's Dream House, American Safari with MBTC, and DigiFest 2006 - a site-specific work at the Roebling Bridge in New York.
